Beat is the UK’s leading eating disorder charity. They were founded in 1989 with the aim to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders.

Beat offers several amazing and useful options for help. Their local support group was very helpful and comforting for our family. These groups can be a good way to help everyone involved understand and learn, meet wonderful people, and feel less alone. They also offer online support groups.
